In order to bring in the Gangrel and Nosferatu, the developers would need to add the Animalism and Protean disciplines. These are the front-runners for being added as DLC to the sequel, in order to bring in the other major clans from the core rulebook and keep the game consistent with its predecessor. Bloodlines II is missing two of the clans from the first game - the Gangrel and Nosferatu.
